皇家菲仕兰康柏尼股份有限公司，简称皇家菲仕兰康柏尼股份，皇家菲仕兰康柏尼，以及菲仕兰康柏尼（英语：Royal FrieslandCampina NV），于2008年，由皇家 菲仕兰食品股份有限公司，以及荷兰康柏尼股份有限公司合并成立。由于欧盟规定要提出符合效益和在无过于垄断市场，加上需要出售干酪和乳类制品，包括「Yogho Yogho」，以及 「Choco Choco」，故此在2007年12月19日，批准2家合作社企业合并[1]。业务主要生产及销售各种乳类制品，包括「美素佳儿」（Friso，只在东南亚发售）， 「荷兰子母奶」（荷兰女士），「菲佳素维格」，「巧克美尔」，「菲仕特」，「黑白淡奶」，「寿星公炼奶」，Appelsientje，Milner，康柏尼（Campina公司），Landliebe，Optiwell和莫纳品牌。
