百事公司
百事公司（英语：PepsiCo Inc.，）是知名跨国企业集团，总部位于美国威斯特彻斯特郡，于1965年由百事可乐公司与世界最大休闲食品制造销售商菲多利（Frito-lay）合并而成，现在为纽约证券交易所上市公司，股票代号PEP。 百事公司曾于1977年并购肯德基、必胜客和塔可钟餐厅；但后来为了巩固饮品业务，将三间餐厅分离出去，成为一家独立的上市公司百胜。2001年，百事公司以134亿美元收购了桂格公司，并同时将佳得乐收归旗下，成为全球非碳酸饮料行业的龙头老大，占据了非碳酸饮料25％的市场份额。截止2008年，百事公司共有18个品牌年销售额在10亿美元以上，总销售额超过430亿美元，覆盖全球200多个国家。
